For over 27 years, I have dedicated my career as a clinical pharmacist to helping others achieve and maintain better health, and I remain committed to this mission today. Like so many others, I was overwhelmed by trying to juggle family life, a demanding career, and financial responsibilities. On my 51st birthday, I hit my lowest point and had hit my highest weight. Menopause and stress were taking their toll.

Determined to make a change, I turned to quick fixes like meal replacement bars and shakes however, they were not working. I participated in a body fat test that revealed dangerously high fat levels. It was a wake up call! I was told, “You’re not eating enough. March back inside your gym and hire yourself a nutrition coach.”

This advice was life-changing.

I hired an amazing nutrition coach and began to learn science-based information about nutrition, exercise, and self-care. Over time, I lost 25 pounds in a healthy, sustainable way. Inches melted away, and I dropped two dress sizes. For the first time in years, I prioritized my health- properly nourishing my body, incorporating strength training, managing stress and sleep, and finally putting my needs at the forefront.  

What started as a desire to lose weight became so much more. I felt confident, alive, and fulfilled again. I was sleeping better, had more energy, and rediscovered my passion for life. People began to notice my transformation and asked how I did it. That’s when I realized my purpose: to share my newfound knowledge in health and wellness, which I gained through earning a nutrition coaching certification.  My background in research and pharmacy creates the perfect intersection between science and nutrition, equipping me with the expertise to successfully coach others in achieving optimal health.

You will meet once a week with me via zoom (30 min session) to keep you motivated and accountable in reaching your goals.

You will track your meals with a user-friendly app.

I do not offer specific meal plans however I do offer recommendations and recipes.

I work with each individual person to create a plan that works for them.

I highly recommend walking and exercise paired with nutrition.

No, however, I will review the list of medication you may be on and help answer any questions.
